The Billing and Cooing Duck Company has been working day and night to make hand-made toy wooden ducks. When the selfish Jessica Billing takes over from her father, she fires the company's most loyal worker, Nora, and replaces her with a mysterious Duck Making Machine. Unbeknown to anyone, the machine has other motives receiving its orders from Planet Mallard and, with the aid of an H2O Tele-transporter, it soon places the human race in great danger! Only a rare and unusual phenomenon, unique to our solar system, can save mankind and prevent the total destruction of planet Earth... Meanwhile Nora reveals a dark longheld secret...
